Root growth and signalling responses to stress gradients and pathogens - bi-dfRC

This dataset provides raw data files related to manuscript "Observing root growth and signalling responses to stress gradients and pathogens using the bi-directional dual flow RootChip" by Allen, C. et al.

Data consists of images and video recorded using a ZEISS AX10 microscope, as well as corresponding data analysis and graphs. Files are organized in sub-folders inside ZIP files, with separate files representing individual experiment sets. Individual data files inside folders are compressed as 7z archives. Microscopy data within these archives is in form of CZI files generated by the ZEISS microscopy software.

1. Coloured dye tests - flow tests
2. ControlMSTestsCaMP3 - control experiments with Arabidopsis thaliana CaMP3 line
3. ControlMSTestsCol0 - control experiments with A. thaliana Col0 line
4. Force sensing - root tip force sensing experiments
5. Growth analysis - analysis of root growth for A. thaliana, Nicotiana benthamiana and Solanum lycopersicum
6. HPTS dye - solution exchange experiments
7. P. capsici Zoospore - Phytophthora capsici exposure experiments
8. PI staining + HPTS dye - propidium iodide (PI) staining experiments
9. Spores - spore tracking data
